Description
Department Of Veterans Affairs 2006 Financial Management and Budget Training Conference, Monday, April 03, 2006 - Friday, April 07, 2006 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) plans to hold a finance and budget training conference in the Buckhead area of Atlanta beginning April 3, 2006 with check out on April 7, 2006. VA anticipates approximately 125 attendees, reservations will be made on an indivual basis by call in. Accomodations for 1 general session room and a reception the evening of April 3, 2006 are required. Guests will be responsible for their indivual room, tax and incidental charges. Please provide proposals with pricing breakdowns based on the following requirements. An estimated schedule of events has been included. 125 attendees, Breakfast served for attendees, Mid-morning beverages served during conference, 2 lunches served, Afternoon snack and beverages served, 3 days of sessions, 4 nights, 6 breakout rooms, 1 General session room, Monday night reception, Audio Visual for conference as required Morning Snacks Americans with Disabilities Act The Hotel shall be responsible for compliance with the public accommodation requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act as defined by law. The Hotel shall provide, to the extent required by the Act, such auxiliary aids and/or services as may be reasonably requested by Group, provided that Group gives reasonable advance written notice to the Hotel of such needs. Group shall be responsible for the cost of any auxiliary aids and services (including engagement of and payment to specialized service providers, such as sign language interpreters), other than those types and quantities typically maintained by the Hotel.
