Applicable to: All Aircraft, AF Items: Destn: FB2029, HILL AFB, UT., 84056-5713, DLA Items: Delivery: delivery orders issued as requirements generate will contain delivery addresses, To: Full and Open to Small Business (Small Business Set Aside). However, subcontractor manufacturers must be qualified contractors. The requirements of FAR 9.202(A) have been completed and copies of the qualification requirements and standards may be obtained as described in this solicitation. Subcontractors must be qualified as manufacturers of an NSN prior to being considered as eligible subcontractors for purposes of delivery order awards. The solicitation will contain instructions of obtaining further information on this requirement. Award will be made only if the offeror?s proposal includes products produced by manufacturers who meet qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation will identify the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with potential primes listed on the landing gear website, referenced above.
