- This acquisition is for the establishment of a firm fixed price purchase order for depot level repair of the Ground Speed Drift Angle applicable to the Combat Talon 1 Aircraft. The Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is four (4). There will be 4 annual options. The BEQ for option years is 4 each. Sole Source to CMC Electronics INC. 600 DR. Frederik-Philips BLVD, Ville Saint-Laurent (QUEBEC), Montreal Canada H4M 2S9 CAGE: 90073, Authority 10 USC 2304 ( C) (1), Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
