Description
This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a three year, firm-fixed price contract, with 2, one year option periods for the procurement of Counter, Electric, NSN: 6625-01-527-2770RH, P/N: IAW PD04WRLEEC66, with the following best estimated quantities (BEQ), minimum and maximum, for each contract period: FY05: 28 Total Min Max FY06: 22 - 44 FY07: 22 - 44 FY08: Option Year 1: BEQ 30 FY09: Option Year 2: BEQ 30 Interested person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED 7 DAYS FROM THIS NOTICE. All proposals received within the thirty (30) days after issuance of solicitation, or 37 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact that buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. When appropriate, potential offeror(s) may contact the Ombudsman Kathy Cames, Chief, Contract Policy Division, at 468-222-1088. Please be prepared to identify previous contacts made by you in an attempt to resolve your concerns.
