- THE SOLICITATION NUMBER FOR THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM SP0407-05-R-3822 TO SPM407-06-R-0006. IQC05258009004 DIRECTLY CORRESPONDS TO RD05192002. RD051920020000, NSN 1680-01-292-5974, Harness, Aircraft Safety. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Manufacture I.A.W. Pacific Scientific Co, Cage 45402, P/N 1101795-05. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 232 each for the base year and 200 each for the option years. 100 Days ARO, Destination. Other than full and open, only one source, intended source Cage 45402. Note 22 applies. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
