- Sources Sought Notice for the Renovation of the Dental Suite, 2nd Floor. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Cincinnati, OH is conducting market research to identify Small Disabled Veteran-Owned Business capable to perform the following work: This project will renovate the Dental Suite, 2nd Floor, at the Cincinnati VAMC (3200 Vine St., Cincinnati, OH 45220) to add two additional operatories. This project will renovate an existing Storage room B228 and Darkroom B229a into a large storage room. It will renovate an office, B232, to become a digital X-ray room. It will then renovate 2 rooms (X-ray B229 and Storage B230) to become additional operatories. To address the reduced storage space, dental cabinetry in rooms B225 and B226 will be removed and replaced with more functional storage. There will also be work optimizing the base cabinet storage within the Dental Lab, B227. In each area there will be the repair/replacement of finishes as required. This project will include all utility work required to make all spaces and equipment functional. This project will be phased to best fit the schedule and needs of the Dental Clinic. There will off-tour work required. The total area affected by construction is approximately 2200 sf. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS SUCH. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATIONS OR BIDS. THE VA IS NOT SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS OF ANY KIND. All information is to be provided on a voluntary basis at no charge to the Government. There is no entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs related to or arising out of responding to this request for information. All information provided becomes property of the Government. There is no guarantee, expressed or implicit, that the market research for this acquisition will result in a SDVOSB set-aside or SDVOSB sole source award, or any other guarantee of award or acquisition strategy.
