Description

The Government intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price type contract, in accordance with FAR part 6.302-1, for the acquisition of unique specialized electronics from ACM Systems, 3034 Gold Canal Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 as required by the U.S. Secret Service. This procurement is for delivery of supplies. This announcement is for information purposes only. A formal written solicitation shall not be issued. By submitting a proposal, the vendor shall be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above product shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements before this notice closes via email to Cheryl Bernhard. Submission of interest does not guarantee consideration by the Government for this requirement and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Submission of interest may initiate competition for future procurements of same items, but is not guaranteed. Any responses received after the closing date or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered. The Government shall not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement. Offers shall be submitted no later than 26 January 2006 at 1600 hours to Cheryl.bernhard@usss.dhs.gov. This requirement is set aside for 100% small business.
