Description
VOLLEYBALL OFFICIALS FA8601-06-T-0056 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services to be procured by Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA8601-06-T-0056 is a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The associated North American Industrial Code (NAIC) is 711219. The size standard is $6.5 million average annual income. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-07. Due date for quotes will be no later than 8 Feb 06 at 4:00 P.M EST. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). No paper copies of this solicitation will be provided. Services to be acquired are listed in the following line item(s): Line Item 0001 ? Contractor shall provide two certified officials to referee each WPAFB intramural recreational volleyball game in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The total number of games is 88 matches, broken down as follows: Apr 2006: 32 matches May 2006: 36 matches Jun 2006: 20 matches Line Item 0002 ? Contractor shall provide two certified officials to referee each WPAFB intramural competitive volleyball game in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The total number of games is 83 matches, broken down as follows: Apr 2006: 32 matches May 2006: 32 matches Jun 2006: 19 matches Responding contractors shall include adequate details and descriptive literature with their quotations to enable the government to make a complete evaluation and appraisal of the quotation with respect to the requirements set forth in this combined synopsis/solicitation. Evaluation will be based on the overall best value for the government. Evaluation factors are technical, price, compliance with required schedule, and past performance. The Contracting Officer will evaluate quotations based on the evaluation factors listed in this solicitation and the information furnished by the quoter. The contacting officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. Offerors must complete the fill-ins at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, which are attached at www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil. Contract financing will not be provided for this acquisition. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award; DUNS/CCR website is http://ccr.gov. The Government will make an award from this Request for Quotation to the responsible quoter whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government.
