- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division requires failure analysis, repair, refurbishment/upgrade replacement parts and procurement of Weapons Replaceable Assemblies for several Thermal Imaging Systems on an Other than Full and Open Competition basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Negotiation shall be conducted with FLIR Systems Incorporated of Wilsonville, OR. An indefinite quantity indefinite delivery contract with fixed price CLINs for evaluation of assets, and cost type repair CLINs is anticipated. Delivery shall be FOB Destination with delivery time as specified in individual delivery orders. Inspection and Acceptance shall be performed at Source by the Government. The solicitation will be posted on the NSWC Crane web site at www.crane.navy.mil and at Fedbizzopps; no hardcopies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply.
