- NEGOTIATED FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT 5180 Class HAND TOOLS 6FLS-G3-050305-N The General Services Administration (GSA), Global Supply intends to establish, through Negotiation, a firm-fixed price, indefinite quantity, two-year requirements type contract with three one-year options for the period of August 1, 2006 through July 31, 2008. Requirements are for eight (8) miscellaneous tool kits with National Stock Numbers in the 5180 Federal Supply Class. Three items are set aside for Small Business. These NSNs are part of the GSAs Stock Program. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery of 60 days or less and a minimum order of no less than $250.00. A notice of the solicitation is being placed on the FedBizOpps website (no hard copies will be mailed). It is the vendors responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for the announcement and amendments. Award will be based on Past Performance, Delivery, and Price. Past performance and delivery, when combined, are significantly more important than price. Clause 552.225-70, Notice of Procurement Restriction, Hand or Measuring Tools or Stainless Steel Flatware will apply.
