- Recent reductions in the Mission?s budget have significantly reduced the amount available for this proposed RFP; therefore, the presolicitation notice for Solicitation No. 388-06-001, the Poverty Reduction by Increasing the Competitiveness of Enterprises (PRICE) component of USAID?s Economic Development and Growth with Equity (EDGE) activity, is being withdrawn. The Mission is re-examining the scope of this proposed procurement and may re-issue a presolicitation notice pending the outcome of our internal review.
