Description

Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Philips Medical System of Bothell, WA for the following: Line Item 1: Qty 1 EA, Connectivity 2.4 PN: 453567298971. Line Item 2: Qty 1 EA, High Speed DICOM PN: MCV2974. Line Item 3: Qty 1 EA, Image Disk Expander Upgrade PN: 453567299021. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This purchase is to replace a current obsolete hard drive at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA. This is for a 73GB hard drive Image Disk Expander upgrade that increases imaging, acquisition speed, and maximizes storage capacity. Estimate delivery date of March 21, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. North American Industrial Classification Standard, 334510, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. Contractors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
