Description: The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Albany, California has a requirement to conduct aerial flights in collecting hyperspectral imagery over study areas in California and Nevada. This requirement is a follow-on service of existing plant research. The Government intends to negotiate with the only known responsible source currently collecting research data, American Aerial Surveys. A solicitation is not available for this notice.
