Description

The intent of this presolicitation notice (#R6-06-6-026) is to correct or retract part of the original animal control Gopher Trapping synopsis posted to FedBizOpps on January 20, 2005. (Disregard, therein, all references to ?stocking surveys, survival exams, and other duties associated with nature of job.?) The scope of work entails approximately 800 acres of Gopher Baiting beginning June 1, 2006, Barlow Ranger District (RD); and approximately 700 acres of Gohper Trapping beginning May 15, 2006, Hood River RD. Work shall be performed concurrently in order to meet the established completion date of July 15, 2006. The project will be posted to FedBizOpps? February 3, 2006, under Solicitation #R6-6-06-026. Offerors must submit their best offers (quotes) on or before the closing date? February 27, 2006, by 4:30 P.M. to receive consideration for award. This project will be awarded pursuant to Simplified Acquisition Procedures; award will be made to only one offeror.
