Description: Furnish all labor, matererial and equipment necessary to provide radiation oncology services for veterans of the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (NIHCS), Fort Wayne, IN. Radiation Treatment is to be provided at the contractor's location which must be within 10 miles of Fort Wayne city limits. Contractor to provide physician for weekly clinic services at VA NIHCS. Contract will be for one year and includes 2 one-year renewal options. Contract to begin approximately May 1, 2006.
