A firm fixed price five year indefinite delivery idefinite quantity contract is anticipated for athe following items: Bar, Locking, NSN 5340-01-440-7610, P/N 12012059; Bar, Locking, NSN 5340-01-474-2845, P/N 12991254. The Bar, Locking, NSN 5340-01-440-7610, P/N 12012059 is used on the M203 40mm Grenade Launcher. The part is manufactured from wrought material 4340 steel, overall size is 1.185 x .568 x .360 thick with two .125 diameter holes. Part has protective finish applied. The Bar, Locking, NSN 5340-01-474-2845, P/N 12991254 is used on the M203A1 Grenade Launcher, M4 and M4A1 Carbine. Material is 4340 wrought steel. Overal length is 1.185 inches; overall width is .460 inches, thickness is .360 inches; .396 radius cut out on left end to .590 dimension; two .125 diameter holes located at the .966 dimension. Heat treat and phosphate coating required. FOB is destination. This procurement action is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The approximate issue date will be 16 February 2006 with an approximate response date of 20 March 2006. First Article Test is not required for these items. Notes 1 and 9 ap ply to this procurement action.
