Description: The United States Army Communications Electronic Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to solicit and award a Five Year Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), from only one or a limited number of responsible sources, for the acquisition of up to $26,250,000 dollars, which may consist of either one of two Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) of the ID-2103/A (NSN: 6605-01-029-7542, Manufacturer Part Number P/N 123790) Horizontal Situation Indicators (HSIs) with Astronautics Corp. of America, Inc., (ACA), 4115 N. Teutonia Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53201-0523, CAGE 10138 or ID-2103A/A (NSN: 6605-01-160-4442, Manufacturer Part Number P/N 86200000-01) Horizontal Situation Indicato rs (HSIs) with Moog, Inc., 750 West Sprout Road, Springfield, Pennsylvania, 19064-4084, CAGE 1K426. ACA, Inc. and Moog, Inc. are the only manufacturers of the required ID-2103( ) HSIs that are recognized and identified on the configuration drawings for the CH-47D Chinook Helicopter. The NAICS Code is 334511. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The Government does not possess sufficient technical data (drawings or performance specifications) that completely defines the form, fit, function (F3), and testing requirements of the required ID-2103( ) HSIs, or the acceptance test criteria for these ite ms. Shipments are to be FOB destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Contractor Facility. Packaging and delivery schedule will be as specified in the solicitation. This is an Invitation For Bid (IFB) and the solicitation number assigned is W15P7T-06-B-C025.
