Description

Solicitation 8006-26 seeks Contractor operated and maintained helicopter flight services consisting of a Bell 206BIII or equal helicopter for one year to support the Bureau of Indian Affairs in their fire management mission programs. The helicopter will be based at Bemidji, Minnesota for an exclusive use performance period of April 13 through May 27, 2006. The contract includes options to extend the contract up to an additional three years. The Contractor shall possess a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certificate issued under 14 CFR Part 135, 133, and 137. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is February 2, 2006. It is a requirement that the successful awardee be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Solicitation information will only be available through the fedbizopps site and not at www.oas.gov. Set aside for small business.
