- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 16,103 rentable square feet to yield 14,126 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space in Port Richey, Florida within the following delineated area: West: Little Road North: Ridge Road East: Starkey Blvd and DeCubellis Road South: SR 54 The Government requires a fully-serviced lease and adequate parking for seventy-one (71) vehicles. The required lease term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy by August 2007, or sooner if possible. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Lifesafety and Handicapped Accessibility. A new construction site will require a 20-foot setback from the building to the curb or other boundary. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
