PLEASE CONTACT: Bill Gibson @ 907-271-2321 NOTICE OF INTENT FOR LEASE ACTION ANCHORAGE, AK GSA IS NEGOTIATING FOR A TWENTY-YEAR LEASE FOR 25,543 RENTABLE SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE AND SPECIAL SPACE The General Services Administration (GSA) is negotiating sole source for one twenty year firm term lease for a building to be constructed on the campus of Alaska Pacific University directly adjacent to the existing USGS Alaska Science Center. The lease is proposed at a rental rate of $33.55 RSF/year. The operation of the principal government agency involved requires that the space be located on or adjacent to a college campus.
