Description
The Government has a need for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the AN/ALQ-211 commonly called Suite of Integrated Radio Frequency Countermeasures (SIRFC), and the ALQ-136 pulse jammers. SIRFC and the ALQ-136 are used within the U. S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) for the Army Special Operations Aircraft (ARSOA) MH-47 and MH-60. SIRFC is used within the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) CV-22. Logistics support consists of a contractor depot for repair of SIRFC, ALQ-136, and all associated equipment, modifications of LRU-2A High Power Remote Transmitter for forward capability with SIRFC, additional parts replenishments as required, field service representative support, software support, configuration management, and a reliability improvement program. Additional support includes updating technical manuals, training, and procurement of contractor hot mock-ups. An Indefinite-delivery, Indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated with a five (5) year ordering period. The intended source of supply/service is ITT Industries (Avionics), 100 Kingsland Road, Clifton, NJ, 07014. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, ?Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements?. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability and respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Number Note 22 is applicable.
