This is a Sources Sought Notice issued for the purpose of identifying potential sources that are authorized and certified to print and distribute the following American Red Cross (ARC) training materials: Textbook, Community First Aid and Safety (CFAS); Textbook, Preventing Disease Transmission (PDT) [25 per pack]; Skill Card, Adult CPR/AED; and AED Workbook for delivery to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Cheltenham, Maryland 20613. Vendors must provide proof that they are authorized by the American Red Cross to print and distribute ARC materials. The NAICS Code for Notice is 323119. Send all responses by facsimile to 301-877-8521 (Attn: Katherine Finch) or via email to Katherine.Finch@dhs.gov no later than Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at 12:00 Noon EST.
