- DISA/ DECC DETACHMENT in San Antonio has the following requirement: (3) Computer Room Air Conditioning Units are needed. The vendor may quote one of the following approved brands that meet the attached specification. - Liebert, York, or Stulz Vendor shall quote equipment and parts to include installation, start up, test, and certification. In addition the qoute will include maintenance and warranty costs for additional option periods. NOTE: Quote and supporting documents are due not later than February 17th, 2006 at 11:30 AM (CST).
