- (i) The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Information Systems Services Division, Hardware/Software Branch (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406 is This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for hardware & software modifications, repair services & maintenance for Access Control System (ACS) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) equipment in accordance with the format in FAR 13.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The Contractor shall provide hardware & software modifications, repair services, & maintenance for Access Control System (ACS) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) equipment located at the DISA San Antonio facility. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, tools, equipment, services and supervision required. Listed below are the items and their descriptions: CLIN 0001: ACS & CCTV system upgrades (IAW SOW paragraph 2.c), CLIN 0002: Installation of new equipment and software, realignment of existing equipment (IAW SOW paragraph 2H), CLIN 0003: Preventative maintenance services (IAW SOW para 2.E), CLIN 0004: Emergency maintenance services (IAW SOW para 2.F), CLIN 0005: Bench stock for emergency maintenance service (iii) A copy of the RFQ, Price List Request and SOW is available upon electronic request. (iv) The NAICS code is 811212, and the resultant contract will be 100% set-aside for small business. (v) Contractor provided services shall consist of Preventive maintenance, Emergency Maintenance Service, Bench Stock of spare parts approved by the government for Emergency Maintenance Services, Firmware Upgrades for Existing Equipment, Installation of New Equipment & Software, and Realignment of Existing Equipment. (vi) Place of performance is an undisclosed location at San Antonio, TX. Period of Performance is contract award date (base year) ? with four option years. (viii) Award will be based on technically acceptable low offer.
