Defense Depot New Cumberland, PA and (W62G2T) Defense Depot San Joaquin, CA. This is an indefinite delivery-type contract. Base Year Quantity: 576,231 minimum/ 2,300,000 maximum. There will be two (2) options, with quantity of 576,231 minimum/ 2,300,000 maximum. This is a pre-solicitation synopsis. This acquisition is Small Business Set-Aside. The actual RFP, with information and specifications, will be available on the gateway after February 16, 2006. Please note that all dates are estimated. This will be best value procurement with the following evaluation factors: (1) Product Demonstration Model, (2) Experience/Past Performance.
