- Description
- The Oregon State University (OSU) College of Forestry is the training site for the US Department of Agriculture annual Sale Area Layout and Harvest Institute West 2006 Workshop(SALHIW) in Corvallis, Oregon. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice #R6-06-06-025 is to procure a facility with acceptable sleeping accommodations or hotel rooms for 30 participants, in addition to providing them three meals daily from April 18 thru May 19, 2006. A Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about February 16, 2006, and responses shall be due March 6, 2006. Competition for award will be limited to facilities in the Corvallis, Oregon area. Finally, all respondents who wish to be considered for award, must be in compliance with standards of the Hotel and Fire Safety Act of 1990.
