Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology(NIST) has a sole source requirement for the continued support on an existing order to provide expertise services regarding Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Radio and Telephone Terminal Equipment (R&TTE)under the sub program National Voluntary Conformity Assessment System Evaluation (NVCASE). Services to include performing onsite assessment of accreditiation bodies and observe field audits performed by accreditation bodies and observe field audits performed by accreditation bodies seeking recognitions under the (NVCASE) program. The modified requirement shall be completed 12/30/06. It is anticipated that the award will be issued on or about February 10, 2006. There is no written solicitation available. Telephone request will not be honored and no bidders list will be maintanined.
