- NOAA has a requirement for a two Charter Vessel to conduct a mid water to near surface trawl of juvenile fish and zooplankton off Newport/Columbia River Or regions in 2006. In addition, a vessel charter will conduct ten 2 day mid water to near surface trawl sureys of juvenile salmonid predators off the mouth of the Columbia river from late April through July/August in 2006 and 2007. This contract will be an IDIQ with a base year and 1 option years. A request for proposal (RFP) solicitation will be available on or about 3 Mar 06 through FedBizOps. The approx closing date may be 30 days after issuance of the RFP. Interested parties should use the FedBizOps REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION and REGISTER AS AN INTERESTED VENDOR feature which provides notification when the RFP becomes available for download and all postings associated with the solicitation. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. No telephone, facsimile, or written request will be accepted. It is the incumbent upon interested parties to register at the solicitation?s site for notification and to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. The Western Administrative Support Center, Acquisition Management Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this acquisition office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) before October 1, 2003.
