- Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for three (3) fiberglass service bodies delivered to Montrose, Colorado. The service bodies will be installed by others (not by vendor) on 2005 Ford F350 pickup trucks. Specifications included in the solicitation. Western will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, past performance, and proposed delivery schedule. This is a commercial supply acquisition per FAR Part 12. The solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS Code is 423120 and the applicable size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued electronically on or about February 3, 2006. Quotes may be faxed, mailed, e-mailed, or submitted electronically. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be considered for award. Contractors may register at www.ccr.gov. DUNS number is required for CCR registration. Quotes are due by 3:00 PM Mountain Time on Wednesday, February 15, 2005.
