Description: Modification one to RFP 973 synopsis - RFP 973 is cancelled in its entirety. The purpose of this contrct is to provide the consultative services necessary to assist Indian Health Service (IHS) in completing its report to the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations as directed in the House of Representatives Report Number 109-188. Once the Report is complete the contractor will coordinate with the Nevada tribes in the implementation of the recommendations to Congress. This is a non-personal services contract. This solicitation, not competed under FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, will be awarded to the Inter-Tribal Council of Nevada (ITCN). See note 22.
