Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, U. S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, intends to make a single award for the provision of supplying one (1) automated system for blood cultures, VersaTREK 240 or equal. The quotation will be available on or about February 14, 2006 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov . The site does provide downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be available. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must register at www.ccr.gov and http://orcca.bpn.gov. All future information about this quotation, including amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is 2:00 p.m. CST February 28, 2006, however, this date is estimated. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered. Faith -Based and Community -Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
