- 17. The Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI) is issuing a Request For Proposal (RFP) 014702 to establish a contract for a qualified Contractor to furnish all necessary labor materials, equipment and supervision to satisfactorily inspect, repair, and/or replace all windows, mullions, skylights, and barrel vault glass located at the FBI West Virginia (WV) Complex, Clarksburg, WV. The Government contemplates the award of a Labor Hour type contract as a result of this solicitation. The Contractor performance period includes (1) base year plus (4) one-year options. This is a 100 % set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 233320. A tentative release date for RFP 0147062 is March 02, 2006. All prospective contractors must submit a request in writing to the Contracting Officer (CO) in order to obtain a copy of RFP 0147062. Your requests shall be received no later than Tuesday, March 02, 2006, by 4:00 p.m., ET. Telephone requests will not be honored.
