Description

The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, intends to sole source to Domino's Farms Corporation, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48106 for lease of real property. Domino's Farms Corporation shall provide lease of office space that is 13,061 net usable square feet to the VA National Center for Patient Safety, Ann Arbor, Michigan. This proposed lease action is for the space mentioned above, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposal, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted no later than February 12, 2006 at 2:30 pm, to the Contracting Officer indicated above. See numbered note 22.
