- Anticipated award date: 21 February 2006. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 'Only One Responsible Source'This is a request for proposal synopsis. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with IMMIX Technology 8444 Westpark Drive, Suite 200, McLean, VA 22102. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded. Hill Air Force Base, Utah has a requirement for software maintenance that shall be provided for IBM Rational ClearCase and IBM rational MultiSite software used to support MILSTAR Air Force Command Post Terminal Software maintenance. The period of performance is one Base Year with four (4) Option Years.
