- 10,000 polyester sprot tote bags. Color: Royal Blue. Size: 14'H x 18'W x 3.5'D with logo. Must bbe able to deliver no later than February 10, 2006. The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315999, size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is for 10,000 polyester sport tote bags delivered to Fort Carson, Co NLT 10 February 2006. RFQs should be quoted in accordance with the following: CLIN 0001; Polyester Sport Tote Bags, CLIN0002 Shipping and Handling. Please include specs, warranty information, shipping and handling, TAX ID, cage code and DUNS number with your quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this no tice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award shall be made only to contractors who are registered with the Central Contractor Registration at: www.ccr.gov The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in ful l text.
