Description

The AMRDEC Test and Evaluation Management Office (TEMO) has performed the requirement of planning and executing Test and Evaluation Days Conference. The sponsor, Defense Test Resource Management Center, broadened the requirement to encompass NASA, A rmy, Navy and Air Force test facilities and ranges. The conference title changed to TEST WEEK. The contractor shall design the exhibit floor plan and exhibit registration form for the exhibition for Test Week 2006. The contractor shall provide suppport in the preplanning stages and the final stages of the exhibition by coordinating with the convention center officials for exhibit space, hardware needs, and security. The contractor shall also provide updated floor plan information as exhibitors send in r egistration forms, and provide onsite support during the conference in the form of badging, facility requirements, and other support as needed. The contractor shall attend, as needed, any conference, seminars or workshops to publicize the exhibition at th e request of the host and/or sponsor. See Numbered Note #22.
