- ***THIS SOLICITATION WAS ADVERTISED UNDER W9127N-06-Q-0064**** Design, prepare drawings and data, manufacture, shop test, prepare and load for shipment, and deliver F.O.B. destination ten complete EX2100 digital excitation systems eight for the main units and two for the fish water units. Remove and Dispose of t he ex isting exciters and appurtenant equipment. Install, commission, test and make ready for commercial operation ten excitation systems, including furnishing and installing wire, cable, bus, conduit, cable trays, meters, switches, and all other required a ppur tenances. A Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) shall be provided for all new contracts with the Portland District. For this project the person will act as the SSHO is required to have a minimum of 3 years safety work on similar projects and a 30-hou r O SHA construction safety class, or equivalent taken with in the last 3 years. The SSHO may have other duties for this work that include being the Contractor on-site Project Manager and/or the on-site CQC Manager or other responsible individual. This proc ur ement is open to both small and large business concerns.
