- The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is issuing a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside on behalf of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) and the Naval Medical Research Command (N MRC) to provide support in the management and maintaining of the WRAIR/NMRC networks, ensure network connectivity, network security, internet access, manage e-mail services and provide e-mail administration functions, operate the Help Desk and provide cust omer support. The primary contractor goal shall be to ensure the WRAIR/NMRC networks and systems deliver a consistently high level of performance, reliability and that customers receive service that resolves issues and develops solutions. The North Americ an Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541513 with a size standard of $23.0M. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office.
