- Solicitation Number W81XWH-06-T-0104 will be issued 100% Small Business Set Aside on or about 8 February 2006 and proposals will be due on or about 14 February 2006 @ 4:00 PM EST. The Governments requirement is to acquire neurohistological service for the testing and titration of primary antibody for colorimetric immunostaining on rat brain sections mounted on slides for the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Silver Spring, MD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code f or this procurement is 541710 with a size standard of 500 employees.
