- It is the intent of the Naval Medical Logistics Command to increase the number of hours for personal services contracts for Medical Services in the Northwest region of the United States. Multiple Award Task Order Contracts are anticipation as a result of solicitation (N62645-05-R-0016). whick closed October 2005. Projected award date for the new Multiple Award Task Order Contracts is April 25, 2005. The additional hours (approximately 163,855 hours) will be included on the five Multiple Award Task Order Contracts. The five Multiple Award Task Order Contracts are: Saratoga Medical Center, Inc., 11094-D Lee Highway, Fairfax, VA 22030; Cherokee Medical Services, LLC, One Cherokee Circle, Stilwell, OK 74960; PhyAmerica Government Services, Inc., 3104 Croasdaile Drive Suite 100, Durham, SC 27705-2505; CR Associates, 8580 Cinderbed Road Suite 2400, Newington, VA 22122; Sterling Medical Associates, 411 Oak Street, Cincinnati, OH 45219. Period of performance for the increase in hours is 1 Apr 06 through 11 Sep 06. This acquisition is Restricted. Sole Source: In accordance with (10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 5.302-1 Only One Responsible Source for each contract. Place of contract performance: Naval Hospital Bremerton, WA and Naval Hospital Oak Harbor, WA and their associated Branch Medical Clinics.
