- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst requires Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for the Antenna Coupler Interconnect Group (ACIG) procured under contract N68335-04-F-0168. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a contract with Prospective Computer Analysts Incorporated, 120 Osigian Blvd Ste 100, Warner Robins, GA, 31088-7880. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, this firm is considered the only supplier of the ILS, as they are the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
