- The purpose of this modification is to add the following text: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561611. This action will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition regulation (FAR) Subpart15, on a competitive basis. The requirement is unrestricted, and in accordance with the criteria specified under FAR Clause 52.212-1 at the time of submission of offer. The anticipated contract type is a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee contract with a 12-month base period and four (4) 12 months option periods. The Request for Proposal (RFP) should be posted on the Internet on or about February 16, 2006. Proposals shall be due approximately thirty (30) days after the RFP issuance date.
