- NASA/HQ plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following Commercial services: The operation and management of its on-site Communication Support Center (CSC). The CSC provides the NASA Headquaters community with a full and comprehensive range of creative production services necessary to provide products for print and online publishing, media dissemination, and duplication. These Government customer products may require one or a combination of services which may include, but are not limited to: 1) Graphics; 2) Printing and prepress; 3) Document services; 4) Desktop publishing; and 5) Duplication and reproduction services. This requirement has been set-aside for the SBA 8(a) programs. The Government contemplates a firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantiy (IDIQ) contract with a total duration of five (5) years and includes a one (1) year basic and four (4) one-year option periods.The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541430 and $6M, respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFP for Solicitation NNH0613551R is on or about March 20, 2006 with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about April 10, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B". The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/HQ Business Opportunities page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=04 Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
