Description

USCG,MLCP in Oakland, CA, proposes to contract for Dockside Repairs on CGC SPAR, a 225 ft buoy tender. Work will be accomplished during the period of 21 Feb through 14 Apr 2006, in Kodiak, AK. Work may include, but is not limited to the following: Production Gantt Bar Chart, underwater body diver inspection, dirty and waste oil tank cleaning, hatch renewals, electric meter calibration, critical vent fans overhauled, vent ducts commercially cleaned, potable water pneumatic tank relief valve renewed, sewage vacuum collection and sealwater tanks cleaned and temporary services. On or about 7 Oct 2006 a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Only certified small business HUBZone contractors may submit a proposal. The solicitation, specifications and other pertinent information will be posted at www.eps.gov. In order to open and download the specifications offerors must be registered at www.FedTeds.gov. Offerors are encouraged to register immediately as authorization to access the documents may take up to 48 hours from the time of registration. Drawings may be requested through FedTeds. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-SEP-2005).
