THIS ACQUISITION IS CHANGED FROM SMALL BUSINESS HUBZone set-aside to SMALL BUSINESSS SET-ASIDE. On or about 7 Oct 2006 a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Only certified small business contractors may submit a proposal. The solicitation, specifications and other pertinent information will be posted at www.eps.gov. In order to open and download the specifications offerors must be registered at www.FedTeds.gov. Offerors are encouraged to register immediately as authorization to access the documents may take up to 48 hours from the time of registration. Drawings may be requested through FedTeds. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-OCT-2005).
