- NSN: 8115-00-663-0213. Proposed RFP for a quantity of 900 sets for a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract. Item description (PID) is fully competitive. The solicitation will utilize the procedures of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Requested delivery will be 180 days. Delivery will be FOB destination. Offerors will be evaluated for past performance using the Automated Best Value System (ABVS). This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE only. The anticipated issue date is on OR about Feb. 21, 2006.
