Description
PR No: RE060040150000. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Transmitter, Liquid Quantity. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 1G procurement and is a 100% small business set aside, First Article Contractor Testing applies. This is a Critical Item Application. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6680-00-807-0863; Base Year AEQ: 392 each, Option Year AEQ: 392 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. Production of First Article Units: 45 Days; First Article Testing 30 Days. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and can be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 24 Feb 06. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes: 1, 23 and 26.
