Description

NSN 5342-01-160-0729, Mount, Resilient Weapon System. There are two approved source(s): Barry Wright Corp. DBA Barry Controls (81860) and General Dynamics Land Systems, Cage 56161. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery is 48 days aro. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ), which is 356 each. The Base Year Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 89 each. The EAQ quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date February 21, 2006. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
