- Solicitation Number, SP0406-06Q-9384, YPG06018000706, NSN: 9150-00-985-7233, Hydraulic Fluid, Petroleum, Inhibited.. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item. This is solicited as Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for quantity of 264 DR. This is being solicited with a 100% Quantity Option. QPL Applies. Unit Drum Contains 55 Gallons. Unless otherwise required by schedule or specification, the Hydraulic Fluid shall be passed thru 10 Micron Filter immediately prior to the filling container. This is a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAMMS inquiry on 30 January 2006. Tech Data Availability: This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a Military/Federal Specification/Standards and/or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-PRF-17672D. BASIC DTD 01/23/84. AMEND NR 03 DTD 05/31/95. TYPE NUMBER 2075-T-H. IAW STD NR MIL-STD-290F. REFNO DTD 07/17/00. AMEND NR DTD TYPE NUMBER II SHELF LIFE 36 MONTHS. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Label are required. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 204 applies. Requested delivery is 69 days ARO. This item is used in a mercury free environment and must adhere to the requirements as specified in mercury free drawing 13873-03-0001. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
