- This Solicitation will be for an Writer/Editor Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ)contract. A group of contractors that will receive tasks orders for consideration from any of the following National Forests (NF); Lassen NF, Modoc NF, Plumas NF and Tahoe NF. The contractor shall provide professional writer editor services and support for the development of environmental documents. This will be for a base and three option years. This Solicitation will be available on or around February 10, 2006.
